Terms of service for commissions

General Terms

  • Prices are subject to change based on the commission.​

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Payment

  • You will pay %50 after the sketch is approved, and %50 after I have finished the piece.​

  • I use CashApp, and I'll give you my Cashtag once you've placed an order

  • Any extra fees/discounts (revision fees, extension discounts, etc.) will be tacked on at the end of the commission.

Process & Delivery

  • The commission will usually take no more than 1 week to complete, but it might take longer, if I have other commissions, real-life commitments, etc.

  • When I finish the piece, I will send you a full-resolution image. This will all happen virtually, so there will be no physical product.

Revisions

  • You are given 5 rounds of revisions with the commission.

  • There will be a fee for extra revisions (no more than $5), unless there's a mistake on my part.

  • If you want me to change something you have already approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. (no more than $5)

Copyright & Usage

I, Pino Forest:

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights.

  • I will be able to post the piece on any social media.

  • I will not profit from the piece any further, unless you, the commissioner break any of these terms 

You, the customer/commissioner:

  • You may upload the piece to any social media/website.

  • You may NOT profit off of the artwork (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.)

  • You may NOT alter the artwork without my consent.

  • You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

The following is considered copyright infringment:

  • Reproducing/using copyrighted material for commercial purposes.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own/getting rid of my watermark.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

If you wish to do so, you may purchase the commercial rights to the artwork.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may not have a refund after I have completed the sketch.

  • If you cancel your order before I have completed the sketch, you may have a full refund.

  • If I, for whatever reason, am unable to complete/do the order, you will get a full refund.
